Our clients are located throughout the State of California and include school districts, county offices of education, water districts, reclamation and wastewater treatment agencies, and community facilities districts of such public entities. In addition to serving as general counsel, litigation counsel, and providing transaction and other legal services, we act as bond counsel for our public agency clients with respect to tax-exempt financings, taxable financings, and related matters.
We desire to enhance our existing attorney group by adding an additional attorney to our Team. We welcome California-admitted attorneys with three to five years’ experience relating to public finance matters. Representative duties of the attorney candidate would be drafting legal documents relating to a public finance transaction, including indentures, agreements, resolutions, opinions and memoranda, as well as other transaction documents relating to the financing of future public facilities.
The ideal attorney candidate would have strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills.
